Weekly Progress Report

Current Weight: 168

Slow and steady wins the race. Back to my 1 pound/week rate. Well, I guess it's better than no weight loss or even worse, weight gain! I'm falling behind on running and my daily water count so hopefully I can step that up again in the upcoming weeks.
